I Am Second

A friend of mine shared this video with me. It's about a Kansas City tattoo artist of Eastern European Jewish descent who encountered Jesus in the middle of extreme brokenness. Whispering Danny - I Am Second

But second of all, after looking up the organization, I'm thinking, "Why don't I know more about this?" It seems really interesting. Am I just behind the times? Evidently there are billboards about it o I-35 that I might recall having seen.

There might be more on this to come.

Huzzah to you Kait! I was just driving on I-35 tonight and saw it on a bumper sticker. The license plate had a scripture reference, so that made it doubly interesting. I'm excited to read about this. Good work.

Also, some new thoughts (for me) about Rahab from the Joshua study I believe you will find interesting, my fellow woman. You know what I mean.

I watched several of the videos. Very interesting. They are done really well. The stories themselves are captivating because I kept wondering, how are they going to turn to the L-rd. Somehow He is drawing all of us to Himself. Thanks for the link.

Funny you would blog about this, since I just passed one of those billboards on sunday and had a lot of curiosity about it. Can't wait till I'm off work later so I can watch it :)

Leah- Interesting, huh? Hey, you know I love those womanly thought. iknowwhatyoumean, mama. Amen, may He continue to draw all people to Himself, and may His people not limit His power! Did you watch the one with the dude from Corn (korn? i don't know)? I guess they showed it at my parent's church a while back. Surprisingly edgy for them.

Steph- Let me know what you think. You know how I like a good convo with the Griggs.

PlusSeeBeau- Nice...small world, Kansas City.

That's awesome! His story was very moving. Not being active in the tattoo scene, I didn't realize he was so famous.
